This course builds on the training in Learning to Listen and focuses on particular times in life when good listening is necessary. There are 6 units on listening to life's changes, the bereaved, the sick,the elderly, the depressed, young people. There are also separate units such as Listening to Difference and How to listen to Carers Those working in a pastoral care setting or within the NHS.
